A Taste of Our Terrain
400 runs. 200 peaks. 11 mountain ranges. From Queenstown to Wanaka to Mount Cook, we have thousands of square kilometers of your potential dream lines, with runs ranging from 2000 to 3,500 vertical feet (or 600 to 1,000 meters, depending on where you call home).
With something for every skill level, here’s a taste of what’s waiting for you out there:
Big Bowls & Basins
Like making wide, lazy turns on mellow slopes? You can. Like skiing powder in steeper basins? You can do that, too.
Lake Views
Imagine skiing the Buchanan mountain range outside Wanaka with the lake glistening below under a bluebird sky. Or imagine riding in the Southern Remarkables with Queenstown’s Lake Wakatipu stretching out in the distance. Epic.
Glaciers
How many people can say they’ve left tracks on a glacier? We can take you to the Zodiac or Scorpion Glaciers in Mount Cook, so you can become one of those people.
Chutes & Couloirs
Maybe you have a thing for jump turns. That’s cool. When avalanche conditions permit, we’ve got a couloir or two (or several) for you. The best part: if you’d like to round out your day with mellow powder turns, our diversity of terrain ensures that we can get you those, too.
Exclusive Terrain
Most of our terrain is exclusive to Harris Mountain Heliski, which means you never have to worry about someone else leaving tracks down your dream line. And with so many bowls, snowy ridges, and powder basins to choose from, we can always find you the best snow based on the conditions.
The bottom line: we want your tracks on our terrain. From beginner cruisers to advanced runs, we’ve got it all.
